LGEN designs and manufactures custom industrial mobile ramps from 6 to 20 tonnes, for loading, unloading and handling operations in industrial, logistics and production environments.

Developed by our engineering department and manufactured according to each application's needs, our ramps are designed to offer a balance between robustness, safety, mobility and ease of use.

Robust industrial design

LGEN ramps are designed to withstand industrial use and repetitive handling operations. The rolling surface can be made of electro-forged galvanized grating, with self-cleaning half-moon knurling for grip.

Anti-slip surface

Heavy-duty grating designed to provide good resistance and grip suited to handling operations.

Safety railings

Side railings can be integrated to reinforce safety during operations — 380 to 400 mm high in the configuration presented.

Adjustable jacks

Height-adjustable jacks to stabilize and adapt the ramp to the site configuration.

Handling system

Special wheels and a handling drawbar with forklift pocket, making the ramp easier to move.

Hydraulics & lips

Manual hydraulic pump (or 12V electric configuration on request) to actuate the cylinder and entry platform; foldable front/rear lips available on request.

Finish and protection

To ensure protection suited to the industrial environment, the design presented includes full sandblasting followed by a paint system with primer and high-resistance finish. The finish can naturally be defined according to project requirements and operating conditions.
